CNA students at Job Corps

In addition to career training, Quentin N. Burdick Job Corps also provides academic training, including basic reading and math. Courses in independent living, employability skills, and career success standard skills are offered in order to help students transition into the workplace. We also have several academic programs to help our students achieve their full potential.

GED/High School Diploma

One of our top goals at Quentin N. Burdick Job Corps is to ensure that every qualified student obtains his or her high school diploma or GED prior to leaving the center. Students who don’t already have a diploma upon their arrival at Quentin N. Burdick can enroll in our GED program. Students can also earn their high school diplomas at our center. Every effort is made to get each student their high school diploma, or if need be, a GED.
