Carpentry

Is becoming a carpenter in your future? In this eventful trade, you will receive training in forming, roofing, framing, inside and outside finishing, acoustic ceiling and drywall application, layout work, carpentry, math safety, and good work habits. Additional skills include scaffolding, concrete work, and basic blueprint. Carpentry is a union-sponsored trade. The United Brotherhood of Carpenters training is at a “pre-apprentice” level and helps student employees enter an apprentice program after they complete their training at the center.
