Medical Office Support

The Medical Office Support program is for individuals looking to work in a health care office setting. The wide range of skills learned in this trade allows graduates to have an abundance of employment opportunities. Training is provided in medical records, computer skills, medical terminology, keyboarding, correspondence, scheduling, and transcription, telephone skills including switchboard, insurance claims, and use of office equipment, ethics, and other business related skills.
